In an effort to increase the efficiency of our public housing application process, a Preliminary Application may be printed and filled out at this time. Please return the form to our office at:

Public housing applications must be filled out completely. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. If claiming a preference for living or working in the Village of Herkimer, you must submit documentation to support your preference.
